Originally from Seattle, Washington, I studied at Seattle Pacific University before spending over a decade working on film sets and TV shows including Modern FamilyThe Office and Saturday Night Live. After serving as "unofficial therapist" for countless cast and crew members, I realized my calling and enrolled at University of Southern California to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.

While completing USC's program at an Honors Degree level, I interned at The Haven, helping homeless female veterans cope with post-traumatic stress disorder, and at USC’s Center for Work and Family Life, counseling staff and faculty. I also spent nights and weekends becoming a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation’s prestigious program.

In 2016, I worked at the Pain Psychology Center in Beverly Hills for two years, where helping clients heal from chronic pain became my passion. In addition to working with individual clients, I contribute as a therapist and co-author to research studies in the lab of Dr. Yoni Ashar at the University of Colorado Denver, Anshutz Medical Campus.

I co-host Curable’s monthly live show, Healing Help, and work with Curable as a group facilitator and content creator.

I’m currently based in Boulder, CO, but I see clients from all over the world.
