Even though therapy can seem overwhelming at times, it can also be incredibly rewarding, transformative, and even (dare I say it) fun. It really is the best gift you can give to yourself, and those around you. I have experience working with adults and adolescents, while specializing in anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, relationship issues, prenatal, and postpartum challenges.

My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, allowing you to make positive changes in the present moment. I utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving therapy and motivational interviewing, with special attention to mindfulness and self-compassion.

I just moved to Boulder, CO and am currently only seeing clients as a life-coach over the phone or Skype.
